Blood orange, Ginger & Carrot
- 3 small blood oranges
- 80 g carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 10 – 15 g ginger
- 1 handful of parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Juice the parsley, carrots, ginger, oranges and apple. Squeeze the lemon separately, then add it to the juice together with the oil.
I think I went a bit heavy on the ginger, so I’d recommend not to use more than about 10 g here. Otherwise this combination was great, and it would definitely have gotten a higher grade. Blood oranges adds a twist to using normal ones, highly recommended! You could also use one large grapefruit instead.
