Pak Choi, Carrot & Apple
- 100 g pak choi
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Juice the pak choi, carrot and apple. Squeeze the lemon separately, then add it to the juice with the honey and oil.
I’m so happy I tried to juice Pak choi! It’s the perfect addition to any green juice. It has a subtle but charactaristic taste, and juices very well. I will start using it more often from now on. The honey wasn’t really necessary here so it can be omitted. I would have loved to add some kiwi to this juice!
