Tomato, Celery & Bell pepper

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 celery
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
  • 1 bunch parsley (optional)

Juice the tomatoes, celery and bell pepper and parsley (if using). Squeeze the lemon separately, then add it to the juice together with the oil.

Result: ☆☆☆
This is a great juice for breakfast, since it’s very clean and fresh. The green bell pepper makes it slightly bitter in taste, so you might want to add some sort of fruits, maybe an apple, mango or kiwi.
