Cabbage, Pineapple & Yogurt
- 200 g cabbage
- 1/4 pineapple
- 50 g plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Juice the cabbage and pineapple. Add in the yogurt to the juice and stir.
I’m so surprised both milk and yogurt works well in the juices. This one is very creamy, and would be a perfect base for a smoothie. I used plain yogurt made by oat, but you can also use normal one, or greek yogurt for added richness.
