Fig, Apple & Lemon
- 2 figs
- 1/2 (- 1) apple
- 1 lemon
Juice the figs first, then the apples (to maximize the fig juice you get). Squeeze the lemon juice separately, then add it to the juice.
I had high hopes for this juice. I mean fig juice sounded so awesome! But I wasn’t really happy with it. Firstly, I juiced the figs whole with the skin on, not sure if that’s a bad thing or not. Secondly they didn’t produce much juice.
So I ended up using 1 apple, although the recipe called for 1/2. I really liked the hint of the figs in the juice though, so maybe I will add it to a juice with more ingredients.
