Juice Challenge Day 7

Bell pepper & Blueberries

  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 (- 10) g ginger
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Juice the blueberries, bell pepper and ginger. Squeeze the lemon juice seperately, then add it to the juice together with the oil.

Result: ☆☆☆
Somehow I felt something was missing. The bell pepper was a bit too dominant in flavour, would have prefered something fruity so maybe add an apple or a pear!
